| Q: | How much time outside of the program should a YLP participant expect to spend? |
| A: | Prior to some sessions, students will be requested via email and/or letter to prepare for the following programs. These requirements will also be posted on the website's calendar. The outside tasks depend on the requirements of the speaker and also the ongoing planning of the YLP Community Service project. |
| Q: | How may sessions is a student required to attend? |
| A: | To graduate from the program and become eligible for the program's scholarships, a student must attend at least 6 out of the 8 sessions. |
| Q: | What if a student is unable to attend a session? |
| A: | It is imperative that the Chamber is alerted immediately that the student is not attending. The student, not the parent, should contact Marianne Martelli at 610-725-9100. If the student does not attend a session that they were supposed to be at, the student's school will be contacted to report the absence. |

Dress is business casual for all programs. Jeans and flip flops are not permitted.

| Q: | How does a student RSVP to a session? |
| A: | All students should contact Marianne Martelli via telephone or mmartelli@cccbi.org a week in advance to the event day to let her know if they will be attending. |
